It is a lovingly re-built traditional granary barn, with proud oak beams throughout.
Available for a maximum of just two people, the lounge with oak floor opens out onto its own private south facing terrace, ideal for al fresco breakfasts and intimate evening repasts, overlooking lawns and gardens.
A smart television provides entertainment and access to radio stations.
Wi-fi is included.
The en-suite bedroom, reached via a spiral staircase, has a high pitched ceiling and a glazed gable wall with French doors and Juliette balcony, which provides an elevated view of the garden and the paddocks beyond.
The kitchenette is complete with refrigerator, induction hob, combination oven and microwave, as well as the other kitchen essentials. A washer/dryer is also included.
Heating when required on the ground floor, is provided by thermostatically controlled underfloor heating, supplied by a ground-sourced heat pump. Heating upstairs by conventional means.
Cutlery, crockery, and towels are provided, as are other essentials such as hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Should anything additional be required we would always endeavour to supply it on request!
