This four bedroom historic farmhouse has been thoughtfully refurbished offering a contemporary self-catering retreat for up to 10 guests and 2 dogs.
Tucked amongst the tranquil countryside in the South Norfolk village of Banham, it is a special place to unwind in style and reconnect with nature in the most peaceful setting.
Entry to The Farmhouse is via an electric gate with coded entry. The parking area offers ample parking for up to 3 vehicles. On the ground floor you will enter the property through the boot room where you will find a handy bench to sit and remove your outdoor shoes and a generous storage area with plenty of room for coats, hats, walking boots or wellies.
The kitchen is thoughtfully kitted out with everything you would expect of a luxury self-catering holiday cottage, including a Beko electric range cooker, ample fridge freezer space, dishwasher and washing machine with separate tumble dryer. Upon arrival guests will find a welcome basket. Tea, coffee and milk are also provided. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the open plan dining area complete with rustic oak table, perfect for entertaining.

The centrepiece of The Farmhouse is the living room. A Broseley Canterbury electric stove will keep you toasty during the winter months and comfy armchairs provide the perfect space to unwind. Leading off the living room is a separate snug complete with Smart TV, board games and a library of books and DVDs, as well as a more formal sitting room featuring a large wood burning stove and Smart TV.
Upstairs you will find ‘Wren’, a spacious king bedroom with double sofa bed and en-suite shower room. Along the landing a contemporary twin bedroom ‘Blackbird’, followed by a double bedroom ‘Kingfisher’ with dual aspect garden views. Both bedrooms have access to the family bathroom with twin basins, full-size bath and LED backlit mirror.
A further king bedroom, ‘Woodpecker’, is accessed via a traditional wooden spiral staircase with en-suite shower room and luxurious touches throughout.
The Farmhouse is set within its own grounds surrounded by mature fir, walnut and beech, with a spacious lawn and access to a private indoor heated pool.
